Announcements for Dec. 21-22nd    Fourth Advent

  1. Our Food Pantry, Cor Jesu, needs Ramen Noodles, Baked Beans, Rice, and Crackers. Checks made out to Cor Jesu or food gift cards are always appreciated. Movie tickets are always welcome. Please place the gift cards in the box by the gift shop on the wall. The holiday time brings out special needs for many people. Thank you for your generosity!
  2. Christmas Eve Mass Schedule – 4:00 PM Children’s Mass (Children and Contemporary Choir), 6:00 PM Mass (Cantor) and Midnight Mass (Traditional Choir)
  3. Christmas Day Mass Schedule – 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM Mass
  4. Knights of Columbus will be selling raffle tickets for $10 each (cash only) for Gold Nugget after each Mass in front of the church. ½ oz Gold Coin is valued at $1350. Proceeds will be used to repair the kitchen building on church property.
  5. Gift Shop has all the Christmas items out. Come in and browse our selec-tion.
  6. BETA Christmas Gifts! Please plan to bring baby items for the Pregnan-cy Center to the Children’s Christmas Eve Mass at 4 p.m. Items can be di-apers, bottles, pacifiers, rattles, onesies, baby outfits, baby blankets, etc. They are most grateful for these items to help with the baby’s needs. Thank you!
  7. The Blue Army will host a potluck brunch on New Year’s Day in honor of the Solemnity of Mary in Avila Hall after the 11:30 a.m. Mass. Bring breakfast or lunch dishes to share. Drinks and tableware will be provided.
  8. The office will be closed from December 23rd through January 1st and reo-pen on January 2nd. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
  9. No Religious Education Classes for the next 2 weeks. Classes resume on January 8, 2025.
