Announcements for Nov. 30 – Dec. 1 First Advent
- Our Food Pantry, Cor Jesu, needs Christmas Candies. Checks made out to Cor Jesu or food gift cards are always appreciated. Please place the gift cards in the box by the gift shop on the wall. Thank you for your generosity!
- The Gift Shop now has all the Advent wreaths, children's Advent calendars, and candles. We also have “The Word Among Us” for Advent for free, one per family. Come and browse many other items, too.
- The Knights of Columbus Trees Sale has started. Frasier Fir Christmas trees, fresh from North Carolina, are available at the white and blue tent behind the school from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Join us next Saturday, December 7th, after Mass at Avila Hall for a delicious Spaghetti Dinner hosted by the Blue Army. The cost is $12.00 for adults, and kids under 12 are free.
- Sign-up sheets for the Advent Wreath Candle lighting are in the Narthex on the left side of the Gift Bearers sign-up sheet.
- Join Moms of Tiny Saints on Tuesday, December 3rd, for a Playground Meet-up and Confession with Fr. Chris! They will meet at Marina Park at 10AM. Fr. Chris will hear confessions of any mother wanting to receive the sacrament of reconciliation during this Advent Sea-son.
- Attention children: St. Nicolas will be waiting outside the church next weekend, December 7 and 8, after each Mass.
- The St. Teresa Christmas Concert is next Sunday, December 8th, at 4 p.m. Come and enjoy a beautiful afternoon of Christmas anthems and sing-along Christmas carols. Light refreshments will follow in the Parish Center after the Concert. All are invited!
- Masses for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary are Monday, December 9th, at 7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., School Mass, and 11:30 a.m. There will be no Vigil Mass this year.
- No Religious Education Classes this Wednesday, December 4th. Classes will resume on December 11th.
- Join us after each Mass this Sunday for Sweet Treats, Coffee, and Juice in the Parish Center. Spend some time with family and friends!
