All Saints Day

Celebration of the Solemnity of All Saints. This year, "All Saints' Day" is not a Holy Day of Obligation because Nov. 1 falls on a Saturday in 2025; the obligation to attend Mass is abrogated for the faithful in the United States this year. Nevertheless, although not required this year, participation in Mass is encouraged on this great feast honoring all the saints in heaven.

All Saints' Day, also known as All Hallows' Day, the Feast of All Saints, the Feast of All Hallows, the Solemnity of All Saints, and Hallowmas, is a Christian solemnity celebrated in honor of all the saints of the Church, whether they are known or unknown.
